ZeroTrace AI may request access to your photos, videos, contacts, and device storage-related information only when needed to provide cleaning, privacy scanning, and organization features.
2. Photos and Videos
When you grant photo library permission, ZeroTrace AI can scan supported media to help identify duplicate photos, similar photos, screenshots, large videos, and privacy-related content.
Whenever possible, scanning and analysis are processed locally on your device. We do not sell your photos or videos.
3. Contacts
If you use contact cleaning features, ZeroTrace AI may access your contacts to detect duplicates, missing names, missing phone numbers, or other contact issues. Contact processing is intended to happen locally on your device.
4. AI Privacy Scan
ZeroTrace AI may use on-device analysis technologies such as text recognition, image classification, and metadata inspection to detect potentially sensitive content such as IDs, passports, banking screenshots, QR codes, receipts, or private screenshots.
5. Secure Erase Assistant
ZeroTrace AI provides privacy-focused deletion assistance within iOS limitations. Due to iOS security architecture, third-party apps cannot perform physical full-disk overwrites or erase data from other apps. ZeroTrace AI may help delete supported files, clean app-managed temporary files, remove metadata from exported copies, and guide users to clear Recently Deleted items.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
7. Analytics and Diagnostics
We may collect limited diagnostic and performance information to improve app stability, fix bugs, and understand general feature usage. This information is not intended to identify your personal photos, videos, contacts, or private files.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos, videos, or contacts with third parties for advertising purposes.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information handled by the app. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
ZeroTrace AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Your Choices
You can manage photo and contact permissions in iOS Settings. You may delete app data by uninstalling ZeroTrace AI from your device.
