All scanned documents, photos, OCR-recognized content, and imported files are stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, access, upload, store, or process your file content on our servers, nor do we access any local data on your device in any form.

1.2 No Automatically Collected Information

We do not collect, track, record, or store any device-related information (including but not limited to device model, operating system version, device ID), App usage data (including crash logs, feature usage frequency, session duration), or any non-personal analytics data. No data of any type is transmitted from your device to our servers or any third-party services.

1.3 Payment & Subscription Information

All payments and auto-renewable subscriptions for ScanMaster AI are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive, store, or process any of your payment details (e.g., credit card information, banking details), purchase history, or subscription status data. Premium features of the App are unlocked and activated locally on your device without any data transmission to our servers.

Since we collect no data of any kind from users or their devices, we have no information to use, analyze, process, or leverage for any purpose. All core functions of ScanMaster AI (including document scanning, OCR recognition, file management, and file sharing) operate entirely on your local device without relying on server-side data processing.

3. File Sharing & Data Storage

• All files and content in ScanMaster AI remain exclusively on your device unless you actively choose to share or export them (sharing/exporting is fully controlled by you and does not involve our servers).
• We do not access, view, monitor, intercept, or share your private documents, scanned content, or OCR results in any way.
• You retain full ownership and absolute control over all files you create, scan, import, or edit within the App.

4. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

ScanMaster AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans, all of which are processed solely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive any subscription-related data (including subscription status, renewal information, cancellation records, or purchase history) from Apple or any third party. Subscription management (including cancellation, renewal, and refund requests) is handled entirely through your App Store account, and premium feature activation is completed locally on your device with zero data sharing.

5. Data Security

Since we collect no user data, device data, or file content, there is no data to store or secure on our servers. All content in ScanMaster AI is stored locally on your device, and you have complete control over the security of your content (e.g., via device passcode, biometric authentication, or device-level encryption).

6. Disclosure of Information: NONE

We do not collect any personal information, file content, device data, or usage data, so there is no information to sell, rent, share, transfer, or disclose to third parties under any circumstances (including legal requests, business transactions, or other scenarios).

7. Your Rights

• You have full access to view, edit, delete, or manage all files and content in ScanMaster AI at any time (all actions occur exclusively on your local device).
• You may cancel your ScanMaster AI subscription at any time through your App Store account (no action or approval from us is required).
• Since we collect no data of any kind, there is no data to delete, correct, or provide access to—your privacy is fully protected and guaranteed.

8. Children's Privacy

ScanMaster AI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. As we collect no data from any user, we do not and cannot collect any information from children under 13, and fully comply with applicable children's privacy regulations (including COPPA).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to clarify our zero-data-collection practices or to comply with legal requirements. Any updates will be posted within the App or via prominent notice, and will never modify our core commitment to zero data collection without explicit, advance notice to users. Continued use of ScanMaster AI after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
