How do I add a pet profile?

Open Pet Diary AI, go to the Home or Profile section, and tap the add button to create a new pet profile. You can add your pet’s name, photo, age, breed and weight.

How do I add a diary record?

Tap the add button and choose a record type such as Photo, Weight, Meal, Symptom, Vet Visit, Bath or Grooming. Enter the details and save the record to your diary timeline.

How do reminders work?

You can create reminders for vaccines, feeding, medicine, grooming, bathing, deworming or vet visits. Reminder availability may depend on your device notification settings.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Please make sure notifications are enabled for Pet Diary AI in iOS Settings. Also check that the reminder time is correctly set inside the app.

What are AI weekly insights?

AI weekly insights summarize your pet records, including growth, weight, care habits and routine consistency. They are for informational purposes only and are not veterinary advice.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store app, tap your account, choose Subscriptions, then select Pet Diary AI to manage or cancel your plan.

How do I restore purchases?

Open the Premium or Settings page in Pet Diary AI and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual records or pet profiles inside the app where supported. For cloud-stored data deletion requests, contact us at the support email above.
