Restore Purchases

If you purchased a subscription but cannot access premium features, please open the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Manage or Cancel Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel or manage your subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, then select Mystic Advisors.

Refund Requests

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Please visit Apple Report a Problem or contact Apple Support to request a refund.

AI Readings and Guidance

Mystic Advisors provides AI powered tarot, astrology, and emotional guidance features for entertainment purposes only. The app is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Common Issues

• If the app does not load, please check your network connection and restart the app.
• If AI chat is unavailable, please try again later or update to the latest version.
• If subscription access does not unlock, use Restore Purchases in the app.
• If the app crashes, please update iOS and the app to the latest version.
