2. How to Scan a Pet
- Open the app and go to the Scan page.
- Tap “Take Photo” or “Gallery”.
- Select a clear photo of a dog or cat.
- Tap “Scan Pet”.
- Wait for the AI report to be generated.
3. Tips for Better Results
- Use a clear, bright photo.
- Make sure the pet’s face and body are visible.
- Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images.
- For mixed breeds, results are estimates and may include multiple possible breed matches.

5. Manage or Cancel Subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To manage or cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Dog Cat Scanner AI.
- Manage, cancel, or change your subscription.
6. Restore Purchase
If you purchased Premium but the app does not recognize it, open the app, go to Settings, and tap “Restore Purchase”. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID that made the purchase.

Why is the breed result different from what I expected?
AI results are estimates. Results may vary depending on lighting, photo angle, pet age, mixed breed features, grooming style, and image quality.

No. Dog Cat Scanner AI does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment advice. Health-related information is for educational and informational purposes only. If your pet has health concerns, please consult a licensed veterinarian.
Why did the app say no pet was detected?
The image may be too blurry, too dark, cropped, or may not clearly show a pet. Try uploading a clearer photo with the pet centered in the frame.
How do I delete scan history?
Go to the History page and delete individual scan records if the app version supports this feature. Some history may be stored locally on your device.
